Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this independent editorial website processes, why it is used, and what choices visitors have.
Last updated September 6, 20261. Who operates this website
Cruise Guide is an independent editorial project operated by Dmitry Shevchenko in the Russian Federation. It provides cruise-planning information and does not sell cruises or act as a travel agency.
Privacy questions may be sent to online-cruiz@inbox.ru. Please do not include passport, payment, health, or booking information in an ordinary email.
2. Information processed when you visit
The website’s hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. This information is handled under the provider’s own terms and privacy documentation.
Cruise Guide does not currently provide visitor accounts, accept payments, or collect booking details. A newsletter is not currently available, and this website does not collect email addresses through a subscription form.
3. Analytics and measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful, how visitors arrive, and whether the site works correctly. The service provides aggregate, privacy-focused measurement without advertising profiles or cross-site behavioral tracking.
If a future measurement tool requires non-essential cookies or similar device storage, it will not load until the required choice is offered. The Cookie Policy will identify the current tools and controls.
4. Affiliate and external links
Some outbound links may contain affiliate or campaign parameters. When you follow such a link, the destination website receives the information normally sent with a web request and may process data under its own privacy policy. Cruise Guide does not receive your payment-card details from those partners.
Review the privacy and booking terms of the destination service before submitting personal information or paying.
5. Legal grounds and retention
Technical delivery, security, corrections, and aggregate performance measurement are pursued for the legitimate interests of operating a reliable editorial website, where that basis is available. Consent will be requested where the applicable law requires it, including for optional marketing email or non-essential cookies.
Information is kept only for as long as needed for its stated purpose, security, legal obligations, or resolving a request. Retention periods may differ between our systems and independent service providers.
6. International processing and your choices
Hosting, analytics, email, and affiliate providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their safeguards and transfer mechanisms are described in their respective privacy documentation.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Contact online-cruiz@inbox.ru with a focused request and the page or interaction concerned. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
7. Children and policy updates
This site is written for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
This policy may change when the project adds a domain, newsletter provider, analytics service, or new partner. The updated date at the top will show the latest published version.
